I am a progressive communications, change and employee engagement specialist. I help businesses fulfil their objectives through enabling leaders to see the value of employee involvement and by giving them the skills to bring people with them. I have 16 years experience in the Financial Services sector where I've worked in Insurance and then more recently Banking. I have a broad business background and this has made me very commercial. Having lived and worked in the UK, Republic of Ireland, Spain and South America, I have developed a solid understanding of how people from different cultures like to work. My business background combined with my cultural awareness (I speak Spanish, French and Italian) have also given me invaluable insight into how to make sure communications, change and engagement initiatives hit the spot for people at all different levels of an organisation. I am a world-class people leader and have a reputation for building high performing teams. I really get and care about people, I build strong relationships with business stakeholders and team members and my passion is coaching individuals to help them realise their potential. I take bold steps in order to make a difference and I am deeply passionate about what I do. My career highlight to date was helping RSA Insurance to reach world-class levels of engagement in just 3 years, transforming it from being one of the least engaged companies in the FTSE 100 to number 6 in the Times Top 100 best companies to work for.
